The complaint with Caleigh and the MTN branch in Hemmingways (near woolworths) continues.
A request for a copy of my contract as made a week ago and still no copy can be produced.
The copy is necessary because I understood I was taking out a top up contract to the value of around R500 a month and this month I was billed in excess of R1000.
Queries made at another branch reveal that my account is not a top up.
Original copy of contract lost in.
Without a new copy I can do nothing about my spiraling contract fees.
