Nedbank does not make anything happen faster or better than any of the other useless Banks.
Taken over a month to open a cheque account and this was on line - supposedly faster. Not.
3 weeks to deliver the card must be a new record.
Activated on line banking as directed after having to go to a branch to verify everything done on-line. Shouldn't I have just done this in the first place?
However, on trying to use online banking for the second time, to find out what my account number is (never given anything from the bank about this (the online people will send it to you - not yet), my newly created pin and password didn't work.
Phoned the call centre - please enter you pin and password - no sorry we cant phone you back - please enter it again. Now it locks me out for 3 failed attempts - but this is what the call centre person told me to do. Sorry, you now have to go into the bank to get a new pin!
Utterly ridiculous!
