On the 05/11/2013 I wanted to reset my password on internet banking I followed all the instructions on line my one time code was smsed to me I typed it in clicked accept only to keep being told their was an error E-1 and I must call the call centre. So I called the call centre number and was put through to online banking call centre where I was told I would be charged R51 if I requested telephonic help yet the online system was the one telling me to call the call centre. I am working full time and can not get off work to go to the branch. FNB says their bank charges are reasonable but this is because they don't inform the public about all the hidden charges that add up. at least beeep bank was honest about ripping people off. This bank is not as rosey as they make themselves out to be.
