I find your online banking absolutely ridiculous i have been struggling for the past 4 days to even get close to resetting my password. before i even get to the option to reset the password the system gives me the error that my card number or pin is incorrect yet this is the same pin i am using when drawing money.
i called in to your call centre with no help someone from your call centre called me but was not even able to assist me with what he was suppose to have assisted.
please i need some assistance this is becoming very frustrating, why do i have to pay R52 for someone to assist me telephonically yet i can do it myself but it is your online banking services that are useless and giving me the problem.
i am not the only person experiencing this stupid problem. do something about it instead of looking for ways to make extra money from your clients, but you are not providing the correct resources. i await your urgent assistance.
