Online password reset website failure

When trying to reset my online banking password, I managed to get as far as the page where it asks me for my card details, but it doesn't take me any further when clicking continue? No page loading, pop-ups or anything, like the site is dead and can't continue to reset my online password. I'm cautious to continue because of the "Please enter the details with care, as three failed attempts will result in your card being de-activated." warning.
