I opened a check account with FNB and it was confirmed that I can transfer money like my salary and it will be available & I can do online banking, but wait for my card before I can draw money. Wednesday I phone the call centre & ask why could I not register because I tried, it was confirmed that I must first deposit a cash amount so my account can be activated. That afternoon I try on line banking again, it took me through to register as a "do not have card and pin" and it says "you already registered" please use your USER ID and password. phoned the call centre they try to assist me & said I won't get it right because I need my card to do this registration. Thursday I went to the bank again & explain to them how can I buy anything and pay anything if I don't have a card and I cant even do internet banking, the lady then issue me with a temporary card that only work at the atm & not at pick a pay DECLINED IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS. today I went to fetch my card & again try to do online banking again FAILED! I phoned again this time the consultant ask me question that I apparently failed and SHE COULD NOT ASSIST ME!!! HOW IN THE MUST I PAY MY ACCOUNTS.
