Most useless, user-unfriendly, behind-the-times

I recently applied online for a SAVINGS account. Nedbank confirmed this by email and then sent me an account number and said my card is ready for collection at a branch. I wonder if Nedbank realise that I applied ONLINE; if I wanted to apply in a bank I would have gone to the bank.

Then I got a call asking to deliver my card. I said thanks and finally a month after applying I received my card but with a different account number and apparently this is for a CURRENT account. The person who delivered the card arrived at the wrong time and was sullen and rude.

I have received no information from Nedbank. No transaction fees, online banking information, nothing. There are no transaction fees for a savings account listed on the website and I have literally never seen such a terrible banking website in my life. Try to apply for a home loan online; on a Mac it SAYS 'not supported' even though Adobe does support Mac and on Windows you can't submit anyway.

Then begins the saga of attempting to log in to banking online, find out why I have incorrect account information etc. I cannot get help from the person on the other end of the line and I still don't have what I asked for.
