Impossible to reset account password online

This has happened a few times where I enter the same password I do every day to get into my online banking.
It says it is wrong and locks me out, even though it is correct and caps lock is not on.
It takes me to a page to reset my password, I enter my passport number and bank card number and click accept.
Nothing happens.

I am a web developer so I check the page for errors and of course there are 13 or so missing libraries preventing the page from functioning. They have never looked into this the last time around 6 months ago when I had the same problem.
