Incorrect transfer of MFC account

Nedbank recently informed their customers that they would be transferring their accounts from MFC. The result of this transfer was that my account, of which the balance was R91750.46 on the 15th of March 2013 suddenly reflects a balance of R104700.73 on the 22nd of May 2013. I have no outstanding installments or arrears and the payments for April and May 2013 that total R4873.30 have been paid. How can such a substantial value be added to your account? This is unacceptable!! I would request that this error be corrected immediately and any interest accrued as a result of this mistake be reversed! I have been a very good customer, ensuring that all payments are made in full and on time, and this is the treatment and service you then get provided. It is absolutely disgracefull!!!
