Faulty Account Update

I have since 2011, made arrangements to pay back my personal loan, and have stuck to the agreements. i went to sandton city branch to ask for a personal loan account number, which was supplied in April 2012, and have made payments into it ever since. i was advised in nov 2012 to pay a /- amount of R5000 to bring account back to balance. i made R3200 payments for Nov 2012 & Dec 2012, thus my account being back in order. i was shocked in feb 2013, to get a call saying i owe R8000 in arrears, and when i sent a proof payment, Charmaine Naidoo told me that ive been paying in the wrong account, hence it was recovered late... forgetting that the "wrong account number" was given by a Nedbank personnel in Sandton. and ever since ive been getting irritating calls with claims of me being in arrears and being threatened with legal action. ive had it with how nedbank have handled my account, and always sending call centre to resolve my matter. i have requested help from greenstone, all they could give was a statement, as Miss NAidoo did. to my calculations, im R3000 ahead in payments. i'm not taking another call from nedbank unless its someone that tells me that its brought back to balance.
