Debit order went off without my consent

I bank with Nedbank. I had an american express card with them about 6 years ago. I was in arrears. Nedbank then debited my account with the amount of R5585.00 for acc no.6008862502554423 on 25 March 2009. It was done without my consent. I never got a letter or statement advising whether this account was paid up in full. I also had an ackermans account which was also in arrears and I made payment arrangements with them. I made payments of R450 during 2011. I hadn't heard from them regarding the balance outstanding etc. Now I Nedbank debited my account in the amount of R429 for acc no. 5898460730049178 on 25 February 2013. Apparently Nedbank does collections for Ackermans. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone that can assist. I tried calling 0861116059 and there is no answer. I got this number through Nedbank call centre. Please advise what these two account numbers are for and what the total amount outstanding is. You have taken bread and butter away from my kids this month. The service is terrible and inhuman!
