Lack of proper training AND lack of respect

During April 2013 my personal loan account went into arrears. I contacted the department and asked them to put through a double debit order on the 25th May 2013. On the 24th May 2013 they put through one debit order and on the 25th May 2013 they called me to ask me when I would make the next payment. I told them I have just made a manual payment that morning as I noticed they only took off one installment. The following week I noticed that the credit card dept. sent me an sms to say my debit order had been reversed. On checking my check account I noticed that Personal loans took off two installments I had made a manual transfer which resulted in 3 payments. I struggled for days getting different instructions as to the process to follow in getting the refund. I finally ended up with Samukele who applied for the refund. On the 7th June Nedbank reversed the manual payment and put the funds back into my cheque account. On the 8th June I wanted to transfer monies into my credit card which needed to be paid only to realize that Personal loans put through another debit order which in essence cancels the refund. WHAT THE IS THAT ALL ABOUT!!!
