Nedbank personal loans system and I am not going tolerate that as I made arrangements for payments, but now they impose threats towards me. With such a treatment I wouldn't utilize Nedbank as need to me in future due to their service and what I know for sure Is that I am scared of any legal threats. Please be advised that in December 2012, I reversed the December 2012, installment of R1598.64 and in January 2013, I requested for a settlement letter, which reflected R17208.40 and it was settled on 9 January 2013. On 25 January 2013, Nedbank debited my account R211, and I assumed that it was an outstanding balance. On 20 or 21st February 2013, I contacted your collections department and made inquiries about the settlement, the consultants advised that I am still owing the December 2012, installment and I explained to her that I wouldn't have that amount of R1598.64, this month as I am taking my vehicle for a service, and an arrangement of R400, was made and also debited from my account. today I received an sms threatening me about legal actions and advised that I have missed two payments, what are you talking about, when you say two payments.
