Check deposited into Incorrect account

Tuesday I looged into my Nedbank account only to see that my account was in arreas by a substantial amount. I immediatly contact Nedbank and they informed me that a check had been incorrectly deposited into my account. When the Amanzintoti branch tried to rectify the error, it left my account in arrears to the value of the check. They first advised me that this will be fixed in 30 min. Hour later they told me I had to wait until Saturday. It took Nedbank a matter of minutes to mess up my balance and now I am expected towait days for this to be rectified. I called again and complained, and was advised that I would be contacted by COB on Monday. It is now almost Midday Tuesday and I still have not recieved a call. This is account is used for my rent and Electricity. I am now unable to purchase any of the following and this is completely unacceptable. I live in a complex where we are responsible for buying electricity for all units, Money is deposited into this account for this purpose, and as a result this will now just offset the negative balance on my account. Also what must I tell all tenants, not to cook, shower, turn on lights etc cause I can purchase anything on the account.
