Double debit for insurance premium

My bond was registered with Nedbank in June 2013. I indicated on my forms that i was not going to take the insurance with Nedgroup as i have arranged third party insurance. I provided the Nedbank consultant as well as the bond attorney with all the necessary documentation. The registration would not have been able to go through if i did not provide proof of the third party insurance.
My bond account was debited with R285.96 on 09th and 11th July 2013.
I called the Nedgroup Homeowners Insurance call center and was promised numerous times that the deductions would be reversed. They cancelled the insurance after i was asked to resubmit the proof of third party insurance. But for more than a month now i am waiting for them to reverse the double deduction. That i didn't sign for.
I really don't know what to do anymore to get this monies reversed and back in my bond account. I am an ex employee of Nedbank and usually hold Nedbank in high regard but after this i am just disgusted.
My bond account accrued additional interest now because of those deductions, it is making the balance more than it actually is.
Please fix this error and keep me informed.
