Use of POOR quality 3rd party suppliers

After an accident on the 8th June 2013, Virgin appointed Silverstar Autobody for repairs. To date no parts have been received and after contacting the repairer directly, again, we are informed that it will take at least another 3 wks before the parts might arrive.
Just looking on hellopeter shows ONE COMPLAINT per months against the repairer for long waiting times and poor workmanship. Virgin appointed this repairer after we repeatedly insisted on a SUBARU approved repair. Sort out your 3rd parties VIRGIN or let us choose!
