COLLUSION BETWEEN VIRGIN MONEY AND CAR-ASSESSOR

I was involved in a car accident where the other party was wrong. Reported the matter to Marilize who said I should take my car to Easy Way for the damage to be assessed. After the car was assessed I got a response back from Marilize to say Virgin Money (VM) is withdrawing the claim as is below R5000 hence VM is no longer responsible for claiming from the third party's insurance. When I called the third party's insurance they told me they can only speak to their client and not me. I drive a BMW 1 series, 2012 model FYI.I took it upon me to find quotes from BMW approved repair centres, and all the quotes I got were way above R5000.The repair centres also told me it is not true that they give discounts to insurance companies as VM had said. I have been contacting the VM consultants who keep on taking me from piller to post without any answers and even refusing to give me the email address of Marilize's manager. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this insurance as the service is extremely poor. Again I have realised that there is a collusion between the assessor worse of all who is not a panel beater and VM.PEOPLE BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU CONSIDER VIRGIN MONEY INSURANCE for your vehicle.
