Shocking Attitude and Customer Service
I have never in my life experienced service from an insurer as i have received from Virgin Money Insurance. My car was involved in an accident on the 9th of September 2013. My car was towed from the scene and was told it would be going to Proline Panelbeaters (dont even get me started with them) which is a "preferred" repairer for Virgin Money. 9 Weeks later!!! i still dont have my car back and to add insult to injury i get a call from a consultant at virgin to give me an "update" (the 3rd consultant assigned to my claim). I expressed my outrage to the situation to which i received the response that she is still "building" a relationship with PROLINE and cant give me an ETA or any feedback of any use.How is this my problem if they are your supplier?? Be warned Virgin Insurance might be competitive with their premiums but when it comes to claim time they are a poor show.I have to say this has to be the worst claim experience i have ever had and will be sure to switch providers as soon as this nightmare ends.
