I just want to commend Milly on her excellent customer sevice, I dealt with her and she put me at ease, explained everything to me and gave as much information as she could. She resolved my claim query with no time, I so wish all the consultants can be like her.
I so wish I could say the same thing about Teboho who is supposed to be my repair consultant- s/he has not contacted me since the car was booked with the repairer on monday last week and as a result I dont know when am I going to get my vehicle back.
