Disgusting service!!!

I got involved in a car accident on 29 June 2013 .I called virgin money first thing on Monday m morning to put through a claim. I was assisted by Eunice and was told to take the car to telesure assessment center on the 3rd. It took about two weeks just for Virgin money to approved the claim. I was then told on 11 July by Eunice that i will be contacted by TC panel beaters within a 2-3 days regarding booking in my car for repairs. 7 days later I had to call virgin to ask what is happening as I had not received a call from TC Panelbeaters. Later that day i got a call from TC panelbeaters asking when I would be able to bring the car in. To my shock i was aksed whether i will be booking it in and leaving it there or if i will just have it assessed and then book it in when they have received the parts necessary to fix the car. I dont know what the point of going to telesure assessment center was if TC is now going to assess the car again and then only order the parts. None the less, i took the car to TC on 23 July where i was assisted by Fred who told me that that the parts whould arrive by 25th and then i can book my car in on 29 June. I have not heard anything from TC
