2 months and still no resolution

My car was bumped from the rear by a company vehicle in the first few day of February 2013. Today is the 9th of April and no answer as to where I stand in getting my car fixed. As per "Virgin Insurance's advert on TV, any damages over R5000 and there is no excess". Virgin did a quote and it was - R3300. So Virgin wont fix the car. I get quotes and its anything from R5900 - R6500. So what now!!!??? Virgin Insurance "apparently" is trying to help me get the 3rd party to pay for the damages. Well 2!!! months have passes and still nothing. I phoned the 3rd parties insurance with the REF# PT382674 Hlubi at Virgin Insurance gave me, and as per the 3rd parties insurance's records no documentation has been received. I phoned this morning and still no documentation. I have been phoning up and down between Virgin Insurance and the 3rd parties insurance and no resolution. All I get from Hlubi at Virgin Insurance is " I phoned and Oscar is not available", " I phoned and Nadine is now handling the case"... Sorry to say but I AM FED UP WITH VIRGIN INSURANCE!!! I PAY MY MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

I WILL BE GOING TO ANOTHER INSURER. POOOR SERVICE!!
