I have only good things to say about Virgin Insurance as an Insurer. From day 1 that we signed up with them we were amazed with the service, speed and good feeling to be associated with them. Lo & behold we will have an accident a year later and again the service is excellent! Then the car gets send to a repairer (later found out it is McCarthy repair shop), what a bunch of that gives incorrect information about the status of repairs and do not keep us up to date. Been waiting the whole of July for my car to be repaired and to date I am still getting fit walking to work (54 km's).
Come on Virgin!!! You give such good service and then associate yourself with liars and slackers???
