I was involved in a car accident during October, and reported the accident to the police and therefore a day after the accident called the insurance company to Lodge a claim.
Virgin Money consultant assured me that I should just give them the accident report from the policy then they sort everything else out.
Wallaaa, a few days after that they called me to take the car in for assessment and after the assessment I was called to bring in the car for repairs - costing about R12 000.
Believe it or not, after a week my car was fixed and I did not pay a CENT. And during that period I had a courtesy car from them.
If you are not insured with Virgin Money then know that you are loosing out
