The Leader in Bad Customer Service

I went in to the branch on two occasions about my long term investment, I waited more than half an hour (on a Saturday), I wrote in the complaints book, but still the branch consultants were walking around and in and out of the branch, I enquired if there is only one such consultant that deal with Long term investments, I was told yes. This is very strange, why can't all consultants be trained to deal with all types of products offered by such a big leader in the industry, The very friendly Michael understood my concerns as he was the only person that does it - he followed thru with my request to CANCELL my investment with Old Mutual, I will in the next couple of days proceed to cancel all my other policies with them, I will need one of the senior managers to call me to discuss the options.( nobody even called me to ask about the incident recorded in the register held at the branch)

( Another incident- OMF consultants do not have their own email addresses - why is this, My private info might fall in the wrong hands) -
