I had a pipe burst on the 7th July 2013. Phone the Nedbank homeloans insurance claims department on Monday 8 July 2013. I was informed that they do cover it I must just pay upfront and then claim it back!! I paid R5885.93. I phoned today to lodge a claim, now I am informed that they do not cover it!!! What the how can it change within one week???
