I investigated taking out a policy with First for Women telephonically back in May 2013. 2 days later I requested in writing that my policy NOT be instated as I wasn't happy with the policy terms yet First for Women debit my account with an admin fee and monthly premiums for the last 3 months. I have no feedback other than 'we have read your mail and someone will get back to you shortly' for a week now. Each time I have had to chase this via mail or telephone but no one seems to know when i will get my refund. I am getting highly errate that I have to chase them to recitfy a mistake on their side. Absolutely awful customer service and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere if this is not rectified as a matter of urgency.
