No Feedback from Insurance side

I was diagnosed with cancer and on 20 August 2013 my Nedbank Branch faxed through my claim forms to the Nedbank Insurance department. I had cover on 3 Personal Loans and an overdraft. On the 31st of August I phoned Nedbank Insurance and was informed that the forms were not received and I should mail them. I phoned my branch and they mailed them through again. I tried to find out if the forms were received on the 4th and 5th of September 2013 but the lanes were to busy and the lady dealing with it was not available. This is very bad service and customer care.
