Nedbank homeowners insurance does not want to pay

A few weeks ago I noticed that my geyser overflow pipe was dripping rather extensively. Being concerned that my geyser was about to go I decided to call my homeowner's insurance to lodge a claim. There response was speedy and the next day I had one of their contracted plumbers come over to investigate the situation. The plumbers discovered that geyser water was brown and informed me that the geyser needed to be replaced as it had reached its lifespan and would probably burst soon. They left and told me that they would be in contact. A day later I received an sms from Nedbank stating that my claim had been finalised. It's now been a week, I've wasted water and haven't heard from either Nedbank nor the plumbers. I called the plumbers today and they informed me that Nedbank does not want to settle the claim. I contacted Nedbank and they said that they would need to send plumbers out again to investigate. I'm quite frustrated at this stage as this is the reason that I have homeowners insurance. If Nedbank refuse to settle this claim and waste more of my time then I will change my homeowners insurance to Outsurance and move my homeloan and banking to FNB.
