Hi logged a claim on 28 October 2013 at 13h13 for the replacement of my gate motor. The VERY efficient and professional service provider (Mr Technology - Gerhard) came out the same day to assess my motor. As it is 16 years old and no parts available, he submitted the report to Nedic on the SAME DAY advising of a replacement. It is now 4 days later and I have not heard anything from Nedbank??? This is a security risk to me, my wife and kid as the gate has to be manually opened. This is a HUGE liability that Nedbank will have to cover if anything happens to us. How long does it take someone to check my policy (which is PAID by debit order) and realize this is my first claim ever, and my premiums are PAID and I do have cover? The service provider has now sent you his report TWICE and again 5 mins ago. So please authorize the claim!

Secondly - I want a copy of my policy schedule. This is a right that I have as a party to the contract. Please send it to me ASAP.
