I contacted nedbank to make an arrangement to settle my outstanding loan, which arrangement they accepted. I called requesting a letter that states this. I was told to make a payment first before such a letter can be granted. I made the requested payment and I still don't have the letter a day and 3 frustrating phone calls later. I can't accept this.
