I took out a personal loan from Nedbank in 2007 for R 21 140.00. Todate I have paid back the amount of R 44 278.54 and I am still unable to get anyone from Nedbank to close the account and give me a paid up letter so that I can get my name cleared at ITC and move forward. Neither myself or my debt councillor have been able to find one consistent person at Nedbank to help us resolve this issue and we have been trying since 2009.Please can someone HELP???!!! This bank is its customers!!
