On 16/07/2013 a debit order for my cell phone was returned by Nedbank when the funds were available. I phoned the department to rectify this, as I was charged R90-00 for the returned payment. They said they would investigate and get back to me. Later that day, a lady phoned and said that they were still investigating and would get back to me... I am still waiting and have also not had my R90-00 refunded...
