Good Day
After I have paid up the debt on my Nedbank Cheque account that I was owing on the 26th April 2013 and judgement was put in my name which is fair. Now the account is paid up and got a letter from the Attorneys it was handed over to, at my suprise the account is still to be closed from Nedbank's side a month later and now when I ask for the consent letter for my lawyer to remove this judgement in my name, I'm told about Commissioners and have to wait, it seems they are not even aware that they listed me on Credit Bereau cause I'm told they have to check? I need my original consent letter asap to clear my name as its been a long journey paying off my debts, now I get this?
Nedbank is just one bank I will really think hard before doing business with them. Please can I get my letter and move on must say its frustrating to be told stories after all this things.
