I was handed over to collections company by nedbank early this year.in november I negotiated once off settlement which I paid it on the 15 November 2013 to the collection company. From there they have been sending from pillar to post about paid up letter untill I lodged a complain with nedbank on the 17 December 2013.Nedbank emailed me back and promised to send me paid up letter within five working days which has now passed without me receiving that letter.
so what I want to know is will I ever receive the paid up letter?
Nedbank was wery quick to hand over me and list me but now they are slow to give me paid up letter.
