Unfriedly and Unhelpfull Service

I went to Nedbank Isando yesterday to apply for a student loan for my daughter. I have never received such bad, unhelpfull and unfriedly service in my life!!! I was in the bank for around 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. The lady did not even have the decency to stand up from her desk to find out if she could help me, but asked me from a lying position behind her desk through a glass window! She made me feel like I was waisting her time and that she was doing me a huge favour for even talking to me. All the forms were completed and all necessary documents attached. She asked for a homeloan statement and as I told her that I do not have one and that is wasn't a requirement, she spent around 8 minutes trying to phone to find out. I also asked her how long she thinks such a application would take but she either didn't know or was unwilling to tell me. With the high bank cost Nedbank charges, I really expected better and friendlier service!!! I am now considering moving my account to another bank...
