Nedbank to clients

I went to Nedbank to apply for a consolidation loan to put all my debt into one monthly installment and put my Standard Bank personal loan up as the main loan to be consolidated. I got all the paperwork and the settlement letter from Standard Bank to proove the amount to be settled. The loan consultant (Phillip) was very friendly and helpful but when he sent my paperwork in, the help desk refused to consolidate my loan and claimed that it was a revolving loan. I went to Standard Bank to find out why they never told me that it was a revolving loan. They, however, told me it was not a revolving loan and thus, Nedbank's helpdesk to me because they were too lazy to handle the paperwork for this loan. They offered me a smaller loan that I could have used to have only 2 instalments instead of 1 that I was aiming for but their policy is also to reject the loan after one try to contact the employer. That is pathetic since employers are usually in and out of meetings and don't have the whole day to sit and wait for a phone call. If Nedbank doesn't want customers, they should just close down and stop wasting everyone's time. If you want service, DON'T go to Nedbank!
