Card lost... staff unwilling to assist

I noticed that my bank card is missing and immediately drove to Nedbank, Durbanville where my account is being held. No staff was even bothering to show interest in an elderly lady or myself as we sat waiting at the enquery desk. A third client came into the bank and made his way to enquiries... he was immediately assisted and both myself and the elderly lady stood agasp as to how can this be... we have been waiting a while now...
I enquired at the help desk as to how can it be?
Firstly the staff asked if and whether we filled in the regester... we indeed did, but the third customer was hellped before us and he did not fill in the regester ...???
The lady that assisted me was totally unqualified and had no sense of what she was doing. To add to my dismay, I was told by her that she can not issue me with a replacement card due to my account being in the negative...
I was told that Nedbank will call me when I can come collect my card... be that a week, month, year... nobody knows.
I find that Nedbank Durbanville has transgressed against me and I need an explenation please.
