Last year I complained in February about Nedbank's handling of my daughter's student loan. This year I was much more patiently... it is nearing the end of April.
My daughter is studying at the Design School of South Africa. It is much cheaper if the student fees are paid by 1 February. I applied for a student loan again, as this private university is far above my head financially speaking. I paid the student fees out of my overdraft so long, and am waiting, and waiting, and waiting for Nedbank to come and help me.
I have a homeloan with Nedbank. I have Motor finance at Nedbank. I get offers of private loans of up to R100 000 from Nedbank. But when I need them to help my child realize her dream, they drag their feet. This loan was approved 2 months ago, it is not paid out yet.
Please Nedbank, be the bank I thought you were when I moved to you. But this is not acceptable. It is the end of April!
