Absolute great service and peoples skills

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Luichelle Naidoo from One Life Direct for her compassion, understanding and great service from an industry were complaints are usually the only comments aired. My sister Natasha Ackerman, was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer three or so months ago and her health deteriorated so fast that she had to stop working. She is the only breadwinner in her household and has a 4 year old son and grandmother to look after. She did make provision by taking cover for dreaded disease and disability and asked me to please assist lodging the claim as she was in no condition to do so. I completed and send the claim for dreaded disease to One life direct where I got to work with Luichelle Naidoo. I did not have much hope that things would be sorted out soon as "we all know the insurance industry". Luichelle proofed us all wrong and even logged the disability claim for Natasha. She showed caring, compassion and is very efficient. Through her speedy service and caring way of going the extra mile she saved my sister from being evicted from her home whilst being so sick that she can hardly get out of bed. Thank you Luichelle may you be Blessed abundantly!!!
