's gift to Nedbank... or so she thinks

My husband & I went to the branch 2 apply for a personal loan, we were told 2 sign in a register of which this "consultant" would call us, after waiting for more than an hour & also seeing different ppl at her desk, we decided to wait closer 2 her desk, once she was done with the queue at her desk, we then took a seat, only then did she go fetch this register in the waiting area, after seeing that we were waiting at her desk. When she came back, she now mentions that the lady that she seen BEFORE US, was first, & I mentioned that I dont see why she is mentioning that as she had already seen 2 that lady & now it was our turn, so Dorcas responds & says that she wasnt speaking to me, she was speaking to my husband, & obviously i took offence to that, & then she tells me that i have an attitude & goes on further to say that she wont help us. I would like to knw if that is the way clients r treated, Nedbank is such a good bank with an excellent rep, & then this woman, treats me like that... infront of ppl! & even when i applied for a loan last yr, she also gave me attitude. i hope that this matter does get attended 2..i mean, being told i have an attitude. speaking to me as if im a child
