I HAVE BEEN UP AND DOWN TO THE MONTAGUE GARDENS BRANCH FIVE TIMES NOW TRYING TO GET MY BANK ACCOUNT RE-OPENED, I HAVE TAKEN PROOF OF RESIDENCE, IDENTITY DOCUMENTS, NOW TODAY I GET TOLD BECAUSE THE SURNAME ON MY IRP5, AND IT34 FORM I GOT FROM SARS DONT MATCH THEY CANNOT OPEN MY ACCOUNT, THE MORE I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT I AM DIVORCED AND NO LONGER WORK WITH THE ONE IDENTITY DOCUMENT, ALTHOUGH I HAVE PRESENTED BOTH TO THE BANK, THIS YOUNG LADY JUST DIDNT WANT TO LISTEN.

WHILE I WAS SITTING WITH THE CLERK SHE EVEN CAME ALONG AND SHAT THE POOR LADY OUT ABOUT SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY.

I UNDER STAND THE BANK HAS RULES, BUT HOLY COW, SURELY THEY ARE A LITTLE LENIENT.
