CANT OPEN AN ACCOUNT FOR MY SON!

Pathetic service received from Capitc Bank - Mall @ Reds while trying to open a savings account for my son.
On Wednesday the 4th of December, my wife went into the branch with my son (who is 15 yrs old) to open a savings account.
She was told that due to the fact that the "proof of residence" was in my name, I would need to accompany him, even though I had signed the Declaration of Residence beforehand.
So, on the 7th, we went into the branch and received ticket #14 and were promptly assisted.
I presented the declaration as well as the Proof of Residence which is in the form of my insurance contract with Outsurance. This confirmation states my name, my ID number and my physical address.
In fact, the very same document was used last week when I purchased a new motor vehicle for R750, 000 through Wesbank!
The same document is also used every time that proof of residence is needed for whatever purpose by every other financial or other institution so I am puzzled why this person would not accept the same.
Another fact is that the same document was used to open my eldest son's savings account at Capitec Bank when he was 16 yrs old!!! Lost a client for life! He will also change banks!
