Switch to FNB in under 10 mins UHM NO DAYS!!! :(

I app for an FNB gold Cheque account on Monday 20/01/14, did this via phone and My Branch, the problem started when i phoned on Thurs to follow up on del of my card, where I was told the courier CCD hasn't received it yet, only get delivered next week (after the 25th which is payday). I i was advised to go to a branch and get a temp card and FICA my acc. With a Western Cape Government bill as proof of residence and my ID I went to FNB Montague Gardens, i was told by the floor manager & consultant (Sandile) that it was not sufficient and i need another form of proof, which i don't have as i don't have bills or any other form going to my residence, they advised me to go to Standard Bank (where i had an account for years) get proof from them and bring it back. Went to SB, they told me that FNB is aware of the fact that they dont give proof, left went back to FNB spoke to the BM Chantal which also told me my doc is incorrect she will phone me before COB to confirm (3pm still no phone call). MG bad bad service. This all resulted in me screaming and cursing. In the interim i went to Woodstock FNB where Cheryl Paulse helped me in less than 20 min IMPRESSED. MG horrible 2 deal with
