Debit order reversal

On the 26/06/2013 I went to settle my loan with standard bank for an amount of R6800 or so and on the 28/06/2013 a debit order took place in my account for an amount of R4500 I went to standard bank van der walt to query it on the 29/06/2013 and was told amount will be in my account in 3-4 working days to date it hasnt. I have been to the branch several times but no one seem to know what is going on and these a debit order from my insurance that has bounced already because of this onconvinience as a result these bank charges of R150 or so which Im not willing to pay i feel the bank has to take ownership. On the 05/07/2013 i called General banking and i spoke to Goitsemang who transfered me to 0861498468 I spoke to a rude and incompitent lady by the name of Nico who then hanged up on me i then dialled 086498468 again and i spoke to a team leader by the name of Ashton who seemed to be helpful and she promised to follow up and revert back to me, which she did within 30min of speaking to her and she advised that a lady by the name of Sindy Cooper logged a complain yesterday with ref 53976670 which she mentioned that I have to wait to 7working days which i feel its UNACCEPTABLE:-(
