No feedback from Standardbank call centre

In February I was advised by Standard Bank to go to any branch to have a debit order loaded for a RCP account I have with them. I went to the UNISA Standard bank to load it for the 25 of each month. The very next day after loading the debit order I had to go back to the branch for I noticed that a debit order went off my account. They reversed it, but debit orders kept on going of my account on a daily bases. I went back to the branch where I spoke to the general banking call centre and waited an more then an hour on the phone trying to sort this out. I was advised that Standard bank will refund all debits and debit order charges due to this mistake. A week went by and I contact them again and spoke to an agent Paul Loots that advised me it will be sorted out within 4 to 5 business days. Its been 2 weeks and no response what so ever... debit orders continues to go off my account. I'm even considering of closing this account.
