This is regarding Richard loan account with Standard Bank. Last year we reported that the was a problem with this account at Germiston branch. We spoke to the branch manager and she was helpful, but the query is not resolved till today. The person who was reconcilling this account made a mistake and no one cares to resolve this. Firstly when he open the loan account the payment was to be by debit order system of which Richard is banking with Standard Bank. Please somebody needs to re start to reconcile this account and you will see where the problem is. Richard is still banking with Standard bank as to what stop the Standard bank from debiting on the account only know and Standard bank because the debit order only stop when you finish your loan account. Please also check what happened last year sometime June/July there was a debit of 1 thousand and something on the same account. If Richard did what to pay Standard Bank he would have cancelled his account with you. Worse thing is Standard bank don't even send a letter that Richard account has been handed over to collection account. We only here from them last night, reference for the is EKFM059908. This is a worse service.
