My sister has a stop order with standard bank to come into my absa account every month for 2 years it went well since july 2013 the payment started being unpaid when there is funds available in the account and she is being charged, my grandfather handles her finances due she is mentally disabled. He went to Standard bank branch on 3/9/2013 at Mayville mall spoke to Naomi she said there is nothing wrong from their side it is absa bank, he went to absa again to query it absa said they don't have anything to do with it as they only accept the funds coming into my account, the debit order goes off from standard bank to my account, he went back to standard bank they said they have problems with debit orders going to absa bank all of them are returned and they don't know why, please sort out this mess, and now charges has been accumulated on the standard bank account due to debit order being returned when there is sufficient funds. Pathetic I say!
