Me after 30yrs loyal service

I have called your callcentre on numurous occasions then my Naedo debit order gets reversed I have told them so many times to cancel it or I'm going to close my account. Afer Four months with no transactions or payments going via my standard bank account I was handed over to Daly collections. I was fine with that but I once again queried the debit order charges on my account a query was logged by constantia branch and nothing was reversed. It's fine Standard Bank you have lost a valuable client I have paid my arrears and have moved on tp another bank with a Hugh amount of money. Listen to your customers and you won't loose them FNB is treating me with the utmost respect which Standard bank could never do for the 30 years plus I have with Standard bank!!! If you check on my account you will see every month the debit order charges has been reversed but it's fine this is the last time Standard Bank is going to rob me very unhappy customer!!!
