I was on my parents hospital plan till the age of 25. On January 2013 I phoned liberty life to inform them of my up coming birthday in May. After the very long phone call I faxed all the necessary paper work. In April I thought that I should just check up on my liberty life policy that started in January. Then I realised that suddenly all the paperwork is missing and still no Hospital cover. I then Send all the proof that I faxed to them in January and signed a second quote for hospital plan. The manager of that dept. told me not to worry as he will sort it out personally. Up until today still not a word from liberty life. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO GET SERVICE AND HOSPITAL COVER?
