We did some homework for a Hospital plan and when I was contacted by the gentleman from clientele life, he changed his attitude when I asked him "what cover do we have from INCEPTION at the hospital and all costs witin that time span and also the 1st 24hrs... should I or we be admitted. This is a propblem as oneself is responsible for the 1st 12/24hrs of care irrespective of the cost.
It's all wonderfull to have a hospital plan... but the plan should cover the full emergency and emergenfy room care as well.
